Become A Stakeholder

Calderdale Dementia Friendly Community (CDFC) is a small group with a strategic committee of 15 members which meets every two months. Obviously there are many more people and organisations which we need to involve. We aim to do this through inviting others to become Stakeholders who can influence our direction and also get involved in actions to drive change. The role of a Stakeholder within CDFC will be to:-

  • influence the work of CDFC by suggesting areas/issues for action
  • be part of CDFC Task & Finish Groups for areas of interest
  • use CDFC to showcase their practice to others in Calderdale
  • use CDFC to showcase and celebrate their success
  • use CDFC to access advice, support and resources
  • receive (and feedback on) minutes of CDFC meetings

We would like to encourage any person, group or organisation to sign up as a Stakeholder of CDFC by completing the attached application form.
